Grief: Stagnant Waters - Health

The Element of water is symbolic of our emotions, intuition, fluidity, agility, feelings, cleansing, and healing.

Water holds emotions and stagnant energy that has gotten trapped in our system. During this Mercury x, retrograde GRIEF will be something we can explore.

My Ritual for you is to take out a piece of paper and WRITE DOWN the losses of your life. The emotions that you are holding onto - whether- sorrow, loss, sadness, pain, whatever comes out in the paper let it be.

As we shift our relationship - we being to transform - our relationship with Grief. Grief wants/needs to be evaluated and validated and then it can have its metamorphosis which is acceptance. Acceptance offers us healing even if we don’t understand the “WHY.”

We lose too much time trying to figure out -the WHY -do things have to happen the way they happen. During this mercuryx, it brings justice to your grief. This will create space in your emotional body and physical body to move any stagnant emotions that eventually affect your energy and well-being.

Fertility: The Rise of the Mother- Creation

My download is that the earth plane has had a major shift as we all know. There are a lot of SOULs making their way to this earth. Star children are coming- as a star child myself. I am personal testimony that it took my soul time. What I am hearing is that mothers have already been chosen, but the souls are taking their time to come. For all the Moms, don’t lose faith because GOD got you. God knows your heart and the purity of your prayer!

With this being said, we also are going to see an effect on women's bodies. The Women's Body is sacred ground, it is all of OUR - first HOME. Take care of your body by providing nourishment to your spirit, your body, and your mind.

Self: The Mirror - FREEDOM

Who are you at this moment? And Who do you want to be? There is a polarity between both. This question requires DEEP Honesty with Self. One of my favorite questions, to ask myself is who am I? “I got this from a meditation- in which you sit and you ask yourself over and over again “Who I Am” and your response is “I AM.”. Allow yourself to explore yourself, look in the mirror, and see yourself. This is what I look like at this moment, this is who I am at this moment but this moment is a fragment of time. During this fragment - you get to DECIDE you I will be - BECOME. This gives you Freedom. Freedom requires us to take action, stand up to ourselves, and face the parts of ourselves that want to integrate. The light and shadow can’t exist without one other - instead of focusing so much on the light you, bring your focus to the emergence of your shadow. The light and shadow create the WHOLE. By you accepting your WHOLE you transcend. This gives you freedom.

Money: Receiving and Deserving - Abundance

Money is the relationship with WORTH. Worth is the balance of receiving and giving. For this Mercuryx, Money requires your attention. Write down your expenses maybe even a Finance sheet. ( I don’t use the word Budget because budgets have scarcity attached to it.) Our relationship with our finances provides clarity/trust/freedom. You are worthy of doing something you love and getting paid for it. The questions, I am looking for you to explore are: do I deserve to do what I love and get paid for it? Money blocks are real. It’s not as easy as just thinking positive thoughts and positive things will happen. Money requires action, attention, and work. Take a look at your money story, WRITE IT DOWN.

Was money something you thought you had to overwork or didn’t deserve because your whole life you have struggled?

We have to get off the hamster wheel of going where we have always been. We can bring a new fresh perspective to get to where we want to be with money. We have to look at our patterns and create a new story. One which we are WORTHY. I am deserving of money because my work and talents are a unique expression of my God-given talents. You are worthy of bringing your talents onto this earth and sharing them with the collective.. By sharing your gifts/skills/talents - you receive the gift of you and you are deserving of you! These shifts heal the relationship between our money story and our self-worth.

Relationships: Romantic and Platonic - Love

All relationships match the relationship with ourselves. Relationships are mirrors. A vibration wavelength that matches that of our energy.

First, if there is a relationship that is coming to end, give that relationship the recognition that it deserves and let it go with grace. Nothing is worth holding onto if it does not bring us happiness. Relationships especially the ones that are our own choice should bring us happiness, love, and support. The dynamics within ourselves are constantly shifting therefore, we outgrow relationships and grow into new ones because the nature of life is change. I am receiving that a lot of relationship dynamics have reached their course. It hurts to get unrooted and shift into something new especially if we don’t feel ready, and the truth is that a lot of us are not always ready for growth. By giving yourself time, you can explore that kind of relationship you want to have both platonically and romantically.

Ask yourself what kind of friend am I? What kind of person am I to my romantic partner? We can only receive what we are willing to give to ourselves. Write down all the things that wish to receive from friends and partners and if you notice a place you are out of integrity bring it into energy by becoming what you wish to receive.

For example, if you wish to be friends with someone you trust, you have to trust yourself.

If you wish for a partner, who is adventurous and fun, you have to be adventurous and fun.

If you wish for a friend and a partner, you have to be your friend and partner.

Nothing can be created outside of us!

Hi, y’all thank you so much for your love and patience. The month of March was one of new changes in my personal life. I am so blessed and I welcome change with grace.

Pisces Season was emotional- I cried a lot for no reason, I laughed but The Dreams were insane. I spent a lot of time dreaming whether in sleep or daydreaming. I tapped into my imagination and I lost track of time. In my channeling for this Aries SZN/Taurus Season, there are going to be three themes that come into play. I love Monday mornings in my beautiful- light-filled apartment. Monday is the only day in the week that my body can wake up at whatever time it wishes. My rituals for Monday- mornings call for a cup of hot mocha coffee with oat milk, food, and water. I sit in a blue chair and take my time to read, journal, and think. I ask spirit to guide me for the week and to bring me the vision for what my goals should be that week. In my weekly meeting with myself, I can reflect on who I am becoming.

For February, the following words and their meaning will be the personal and collective themes. We should take time to connect with their meaning.

The First word is Nourishment: to sustain with food or nutriment; supply with what is necessary for life, health, and growth. The Second word is Silence: making no sound; quiet; still. The Third word is Reflection: to cast back (light, heat, sound, etc.) from a surface.

My intention for this month is to prioritize nourishing myself and the relationships close to my heart, to make room for silence so I can hear and be guided by the wisdom in my heart, and follow the path my spirit is guiding me to. I invite deep reflection of all the versions of me to rise so I can love, heal them, and evolve. I invite you to do the same.
